Sometimes it’s the little things that set your mind at ease, like plant care. Often it’s more serious matters, such as security monitoring.

Chez Nous is there when you aren’t, keeping your home running smoothly and ensuring a welcome return.

In the 1980’s and 90’s Sonja Rack spent many years as senior partner in a Toronto renovation company and a Florida construction company. Her responsibilities included interior design and organization.

It was while living in a resort area that Sonja became aware of the need for an absentee management service, as many homeowners were absent for months at a time. A follow-up service was then initiated, involving monitoring unoccupied homes, verifying that all services were functioning correctly, and acting as liaison with alarm companies. When the owners rented out their homes or lent them to friends, Sonja would make all pre-arrival preparations and greet the guests with keys and local information.

After leaving Florida , Sonja embarked on a career in resort sales in Ontario and finally Mont Tremblant. She fell in love with the Laurentians, and decided to make this glorious land of trees, lakes and mountains her permanent home.

It soon became clear to Sonja that there was a need for absentee home management in the Mont Tremblant area, so she employed her expertise in the field by founding Chez Nous.
